Does listening to music or watching any content unrelated to Waheguru/Naam/Gurbani go against rehat maryada?

In response to your question the undersigned wants to say that the Rehat Maryada behoves a Sikh to live a life, from birth to death, as per Gur Maryada and doesn’t say anything specific about listening to music or content unrelated to Gurbani. However, Guru Granth Sahib guides about not listening to dirty songs.

The Fifth Guru Person, Guru Arjun Sahib, in the Rahao stanza (which contains the central idea of the Shabad) of his Shabad in Raag Bilawal, which is located at Panna 820 of Guru Granth Sahib, guides that listening to dirty songs is a waste of time for spiritual life and as per Gurbani this is what is done by those persons, who break away from Akalpurakh:-

ਰਾਗੁ ਬਿਲਾਵਲੁ ਮਹਲਾ ੫ ਚਉਪਦੇ ਦੁਪਦੇ ਘਰੁ ੬
ੴ ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਦਿ ॥ ਮੇਰੇ ਮੋਹਨ ਸ੍ਰਵਨੀ ਇਹ ਨ ਸੁਨਾਏ ॥ ਸਾਕਤ ਗੀਤ ਨਾਦ ਧੁਨਿ ਗਾਵਤ ਬੋਲਤ ਬੋਲ ਅਜਾਏ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥

ਅਰਥ: ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਨਾਲੋਂ ਟੁੱਟੇ ਹੋਏ ਮਨੁੱਖ (ਜੇਹੜੇ ਗੰਦੇ) ਗੀਤਾਂ ਨਾਦਾਂ ਧੁਨੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਬੋਲ ਬੋਲਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਗਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ ਉਹ (ਆਤਮਕ ਜੀਵਨ ਵਾਸਤੇ) ਵਿਅਰਥ ਹਨ। ਹੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਮੋਹਨ! ਇਹੋ ਜਿਹੇ ਬੋਲ ਮੇਰੀ ਕੰਨੀਂ ਨਾਹ ਪੈਣ।੧।ਰਹਾਉ।

Further, the Fourth Guru Person, Guru Ramdas Sahib, in his Shabad in Raag Gauri Purbi, which is located at Panna 170 of Guru Granth Sahib, guides that those persons, who forget the teachings of Guru Granth Sahib, break away from Akalpurakh and die Spiritual death. They get attached to material world and one should not get near them:-

ਮੇਰੇ ਮਨ ਨਾਮ ਬਿਨਾ ਜੋ ਦੂਜੈ ਲਾਗੇ ਤੇ ਸਾਕਤ ਨਰ ਜਮਿ ਘੁਟੀਐ ॥ ਤੇ ਸਾਕਤ ਚੋਰ ਜਿਨਾ ਨਾਮੁ ਵਿਸਾਰਿਆ ਮਨ ਤਿਨ ਕੈ ਨਿਕਟਿ ਨ ਭਿਟੀਐ ॥੪॥ (ਪੰਨਾ 170)

ਅਰਥ: ਮੇਰੇ ਮਨ! ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਭੁਲਾ ਕੇ ਜੇਹੜੇ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਹੋਰ ਪਾਸੇ ਰੁੱਝਦੇ ਹਨ, ਉਹ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਨਾਲੋਂ ਟੁੱਟ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ, ਜਮ ਨੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਘੁੱਟ ਲਿਆ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ (ਆਤਮਕ ਮੌਤ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਥੋੜ੍ਹ-ਵਿਤਾ ਬਣਾ ਦੇਂਦੀ ਹੈ) । ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਮਨੁੱਖਾਂ ਨੇ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਵਿਸਾਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ, ਉਹ ਮਾਇਆ ਦੇ ਮੋਹ ਵਿਚ ਜਕੜੇ ਗਏ, ਉਹ ਰੱਬ ਦੇ ਚੋਰ ਬਣ ਗਏ। ਹੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਮਨ! ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਨੇੜੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਢੁਕਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ।4।
