I am unable find any reference to DASVANDH in Gurbani enshrined in Guru Granth Sahib.
Literally it means one tenth.
In Sikhi and in many other faiths, one is requested to share one tenth (or some poertinon) of one’s earnings with others in need. Normally it is assumed ot be money ,but it could be any thing. Sharing could be of knowledge. Skill, of any material belongings ,or whatever is needed.
