Who is dharmraj?
I heard this mentioned in the Kirtan on the Tv.
According to Guru Granth Sahib ji Dharamraj is the righteous judge of our Good and bad deeds.
DHARMRAJ, CHITRGUPT and JAMDOOT
According to Gurbani these are Puranic mythical beliefs which Gurbani REJECTS.
Our conscience is the judge (dharnraj) and we focus on the present life here and now.
CONSCIENCE is the behavior that promote actions that seems fair, just and moral. It is what helps someone to judge whether actions or decisions are right or wrong.
CHITRGUPT: The conscience and subconscience memories of our actions
JAMDOOT: These are vices we create in our life. They bring sorrows, sufferings and hostilities hence spiritual death in the present life which can be conveted into bliss, peace and tranquility by realizing the divine virtues

All these classification like Dharamraj, etc are prominent in other religions. Dharamraj takes the account of all deeds and actions according to other religions.
Though such terminology have been used in Guru Granth Sahib.
But every action.is under the control of Akal Purkh and happens according to His Hukam. i.e system, rules or laws according to which all the actions are happening and judged.
All the physiological or physicochemical reactions which are happening in our body, are because of the thinking process of our mind and actions taken by our body.
The net result of all these decide our future or fate.
