What is Chupehra Sahib? I have not read anything about Chupehra Sahib in Rehat Maryada. Is it something new in Sikhi?

The first request is that the Akal Purakh is only one.
ਸਾਹਿਬੁ ਮੇਰਾ ਏਕੋ ਹੈ।।
ਏਕੋ ਹੈ ਭਾਈ ਏਕੋ ਹੈ ॥
(SGGS, P: 350)
The second request that Chaupehra means four parts of the day, normally 24 hours of the day is divided into eight parts. The four parts of a day are as following – From sunrise to sunset. But the people who introduces the Chaupehra to the public starts the day part, either from 12 noon to 4 pm, or from 6 pm to 10 pm. That means that the meaning itself from which it is derived is condradicted to what they are saying.
This means that Gurbani should be read every time, not only for four hours. No where in Rehat Maryada, in the entire Guru Granth Sahib and in the entire history of Sikhs is there any mention of chaupehra. It is a self-made cover. Read, understand, and practice the Bani all the time by yourself.

ਪਹਿਲੀ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਤਾਂ ਇਹ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਸਿਰਫ ਇਕੋ ਹੈ।

ਦੂਜੀ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕਿ ਚੌਪਹਿਰੇ ਦਾ ਮਤਲਬ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਚਾਰ ਪਹਿਰ ।ਜਿਵੇਂ ਇੱਕ ਦਿਨ ਦੇ ਅੱਠ ਪਹਿਰ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਪਰੰਤੂ ਇਹ ਚੋਪਹਿਰਾ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਤਾਂ ਚੌਪਹਿਰੇ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ ਕਦੀ ਦੁਪਹਿਰੇ 12 ਵਜੇ ਤੋਂ ਸ਼ਾਮ 4 ਵਜੇ ਤੱਕ, ਕਦੀ ਸ਼ਾਮ 6 ਤੋਂ ਰਾਤ 10 ਵਜੇ ਤੱਕ। ਮਤਲਬ ਜੋ ਕਹਿ ਰਹੇ ਹੋ ਉਸ ਉਤੇ ਤਾਂ ਪੂਰੇ ਰਹੋ।ਚਾਰ ਪਹਿਰ ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਹਨ।
ਸਵੇਰੇ ਸੂਰਜ ਚੜ੍ਹਨ ਤੋਂ ਲੈਕੇ ਸ਼ਾਮ ਸੋਦਰ ਦੇ ਵੇਲੇ ਭਾਵ ਸੂਰਜ ਡੁੱਬਣ ਤੱਕ ਦਾ ਸਮਾਂ।
ਗੁਰਬਾਣੀ ਤਾਂ ਹਰ ਵਕਤ ਹੀ ਪੜ੍ਹਨੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ, ਸਿਰਫ ਚਾਰ ਪਹਿਰ ਹੀ ਥੋੜ੍ਹਾ? ਫਿਰ ਚੌਪਹਿਰੇ ਵਾਲੇ ਤਾਂ ਚਾਰ ਪਹਿਰ ਵੀ ਪੂਰੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਪੜਵਾਉਂਦੇ। ਰਹਿਤ ਮਰਿਆਦਾ ਵਿਚ , ਪੂਰੇ ਗੁਰੂ ਗ੍ਰੰਥ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਤੇ ਪੂਰੇ ਸਿੱਖ ਇਤਿਹਾਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਤੇ ਵੀ ਚੌਪਹਿਰੇ ਦਾ ਜਿਕਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ।ਇਹ ਸਿਰਫ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਢਕਵੰਜ ਹੈ। ਬਾਣੀ ਹਰ ਵੇਲੇ ਪੜੋ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਤੇ ਅਮਲ ਕਰੋ
