In my circle of friends I’ve come across individuals who are Sikh but have switched.
They beliefs in other religions gods and Holy people.
I’ve often seen on the news so many of these man made holy people are criminals in prison.
How can people be blinded by such people?
obviously they are blinded somehow.
How can they forget the scacrfices of their Guru’s?
Changing your beliefs in Sikhism.

Respected Anonymous Ji,
You yourself have given the answer to your question. People only switch when they themselves do not read and understand the Gurbani, when they forget their history. Only then they switch, and if they switch from their own Guru, they can’t trust any other people too, they can switch from those people to other people again. So always read and understand Gurbani by yourself and also read the Sikh History too.
Everyone decides and act according to what his mind says. The decision of the mind depends upon the guide or Guru. Incase the knowledge obtained from the Guru is true, the person goes in the right direction. Otherwise he gets distracted.

There are many people claim to be Sikh. But rarely try to understand and follow Gurbani written in Guru Granth Sahib. Hence, such people get distracted from the right path.
