This holy line of Gurbani comes in the following Shabads
ਮੇਰੇ ਮਨ ਹਰਿ ਜਪਿ ਸਦਾ ਧਿਆਇ ॥
ਸਦਾ ਅਨੰਦੁ ਹੋਵੈ ਦਿਨੁ ਰਾਤੀ ਜੋ ਇਛੈ ਸੋਈ ਫਲੁ ਪਾਇ ॥(363)
This is a Rahao line. In Assa Raag is uttered by Dhan Guru Amar Das Sahib Ji. This means that anyone who chants Akal Purakh’s name that is, walking on the path given by God, lives his life according to the rules made by Akal Purakh, he is always in a state of spiritual bliss.

ਸਦਾ ਅਨੰਦੁ ਹੋਵੈ ਦਿਨੁ ਰਾਤੀ ਹਰਿ ਕੀਰਤਿ ਕਰਿ ਬਨਵਾਰੀ ॥ (669)
These line is uttered in Dhanasari Raag from the tongue of Dhan Guru Ram Das Ji. Praising Akal Purakh, good qualities settle in the mind and the state of spiritual bliss remains in life.

ਗੁਰਬਾਣੀ ਦੀ ਇਹ ਪਾਵਨ ਲਾਈਨ ਹੇਠਾਂ ਲਿਖੇ ਸ਼ਬਦਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਉਂਦੀ ਹੈ।
ਮੇਰੇ ਮਨ ਹਰਿ ਜਪਿ ਸਦਾ ਧਿਆਇ ॥
ਸਦਾ ਅਨੰਦੁ ਹੋਵੈ ਦਿਨੁ ਰਾਤੀ ਜੋ ਇਛੈ ਸੋਈ ਫਲੁ ਪਾਇ ॥(363)
ਇਹ ਰਹਾਉ ਵਾਲੀ ਪੰਕਤੀ ਹੈ। ਆਸਾ ਰਾਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਧੰਨ ਗੁਰੂ ਅਮਰਦਾਸ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਵਲੋਂ ਉਚਾਰਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ।ਇਸ ਦਾ ਭਾਵ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜੋ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਵੀ ਪ੍ਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਜਪਦਾ ਹੈ ਭਾਵ ਕਿ ਪ੍ਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦੇ ਦੱਸੇ ਰਸਤੇ ਤੇ ਤੁਰਦਾ ਹੈ,ਅਕਾਲ ਪੁਰਖ ਦੇ ਬਣਾਏ ਨਿਯਮ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਜੀਵਨ ਜੀਊਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਸਦਾ ਆਤਮਕ ਆਨੰਦ ਦੀ ਅਵਸਥਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ।

ਇਹ ਪੰਕਤੀ ਧਨਾਸਰੀ ਰਾਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਧੰਨ ਗੁਰੂ ਰਾਮਦਾਸ ਜੀ ਦੀ ਰਸਨਾ ਤੋਂ ਉਚਾਰਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।ਅਕਾਲ ਪੁਰਖ ਦੀ ਸਿਫਤ ਸਾਲਾਹ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਮਨ ਵਿਚ ਸ਼ੁਭ ਗੁਣ ਵਸ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਜੀਵਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਤਮਕ ਆਨੰਦ ਦੀ ਅਵਸਥਾ ਬਣੀ ਰਹਿੰਦੀ ਹੈ।
