There is nothing like ‘Naam-Abhiyaasee’ or ‘Naam-Rasseeyaa’. These are self created confusions. Naam contains everything including Hukam, Amrit, and Truth, which can be understood and obtained with the help of Gurbani written in Guru Granth Sahib.
The purpose is to study and follow Gurbani. This process can be initiated right from the birth. Initially it can be for few words or sentences of Gurbani. Slowly this can be increased depending on the response and taste of the child. Initially the child will listen and recite only. The process of teachings can also be added slowly. Understanding is important and not the ritual meditation, which is being propagated these days. Simran, Yaad Karna and Chete Karna have same meanings.
