Can someone explain me this in simple words please ?

This holy line is composed by Dhan Guru Arjan Sahib Ji in Ramkali Raag.
ਆਪਸ ਤੇ ਊਪਰਿ ਸਭ ਜਾਣਹੁ ਤਉ ਦਰਗਹ ਸੁਖੁ ਪਾਵਹੁ ॥
ਆਪਸ ਤੇ It means more than oneself
ਦਰਗਹ means when the Shabad and the Surat merge, it means when our Surat always abides in the auspicious qualities of God. When one is united with the auspicious virtues then the state of mind is formed.
ਫਰੀਦਾ ਜੇ ਤੂ ਅਕਲਿ ਲਤੀਫੁ ਕਾਲੇ ਲਿਖੁ ਨ ਲੇਖ ॥
ਆਪਨੜੇ ਗਿਰੀਵਾਨ ਮਹਿ ਸਿਰੁ ਨੀਵਾਂ ਕਰਿ ਦੇਖੁ।।
Now, before looking at one’s faults, one pays attention to one’s vices. So everyone looks better than themselves. This is when the Guru’s Shabad settles in the Surat. So let us always read, ponder and adopt Gurbani ourselves.

ਇਹ ਪਾਵਨ ਪੰਕਤੀ ਰਾਮਕਲੀ ਰਾਗ ਵਿੱਚ ,ਧੰਨ ਗੁਰੂ ਅਰਜਨ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਦੀ ਰਚਨਾ ਹੈ।
ਆਪਸ ਤੇ ਊਪਰਿ ਸਭ ਜਾਣਹੁ ਤਉ ਦਰਗਹ ਸੁਖੁ ਪਾਵਹੁ ॥
ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪਸ ਤੇ ਤੋਂ ਮਤਲਬ ਹੈ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਨਾਲੋਂ।
ਦਰਗਹ ਤੋਂ ਭਾਵ ਹੈ ਜਦੋਂ ਸ਼ਬਦ ਤੇ ਸੁਰਤ ਦਾ ਮੇਲ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਮਤਲਬ ਜਦੋਂ ਸਾਡੀ ਸੁਰਤ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਪ੍ਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦੇ ਸ਼ੁਭ ਗੁਣਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਟਿਕੀ ਰਹਿੰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਜਦੋਂ ਸ਼ੁਭ ਗੁਣਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਸਾਂਝ ਪੈ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਮਨ ਦੀ ਅਵਸਥਾ ਬਣ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ।
ਫਰੀਦਾ ਜੇ ਤੂ ਅਕਲਿ ਲਤੀਫੁ ਕਾਲੇ ਲਿਖੁ ਨ ਲੇਖ ॥
ਆਪਨੜੇ ਗਿਰੀਵਾਨ ਮਹਿ ਸਿਰੁ ਨੀਵਾਂ ਕਰਿ ਦੇਖੁ।।
ਹੁਣ ਕਿਸੇ ਦੇ ਔਗੁਣ ਵੇਖਣ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਵਿਕਾਰਾਂ ਵਲ ਧਿਆਨ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਸੋ ਸਭ ਆਪਣੇ ਨਾਲੋਂ ਭਲੇ ਹੀ ਲੱਗਦੇ ਹਨ। ਇਹ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਉਦੋਂ ਹੈ ਜਦੋਂ ਸੁਰਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਗੁਰੂ ਦਾ ਸ਼ਬਦ ਵੱਸ ਜਾਵੇ। ਸੋ ਸਦਾ ਗੁਰਬਾਣੀ ਆਪ ਪੜੀਏ, ਵੀਚਾਰੀਏ ਅਤੇ ਅਪਣਾਈਏ।
