As best as I can tell, there is no such mention in SGGS Bani,
Any answer anyone thinks of will be their own opinion and not based on the Gurbani.
One thing for sure, BAEDBI of GURU SAHIB must not be tolerated inside, or outside Gurduara.
But also, one must be careful in defining what is, and what is not, a BEADBI. Sometimes the BEADBI is defined by the person making such a charge which may differ from other people’s opinion. e.g., wearing a cap VS, a pre-sewn piece of cloth made to look like a PTKA or even turban, in the Gurduara DIVAN HALL.
As best as I can tell, every situation is different and “punishment must fit the crime” is the appropriate policy.
