      Sikhism teaches a way of life to the whole humanity. This way of life can be adopted by anybody. Sikhism teaches that we should always remember our creator and do good deeds.

      ਹਰਿ ਕੋ ਨਾਮੁ ਜਪਿ ਨਿਰਮਲ ਕਰਮੁ ॥
      is to chant the Name of the Lord and maintain pure conduct.

      yes anyone can follow the teachings and traditions of Sikhism Sikhism is not a religion it is a thought process which contains the teachings from the SGGS
