I am unaware of any set time mentioned in Guru Granth Sahib Bani. However, different scholar interpret the Bani in different way and conclude the time that might be implied.
As per Guru Granth Sahib, there is definitely a reference to the time after one wake up.
This SABD states to remember the Creator when one wakes up. And then it goes on the says take a bath in the morning and immerse oneself in the pool of Amrit (Bani). Later it states after the day break to sing Gurbani and then contemplate on the ੴ with every breath as one goes about daily chores.
Please note: Sikhi is a way of life not a one-time event or a part time practice.
In todays fast pace of life, any time you can find for meditation, contemplation on truth is good time. It also depends on your responsibilities of life.
