No, all sikhs aren’t from Punjab but majority live in Punjab. Guru Nanak was born at Nankana Sahib in 1469 west Punjab now in Pakistan. Many Sikhs live in other states of India. They have immigrated in almost every country of the world cotributing to their economies and spreading love, peace, humane values, equality of all irrespectve of their color, caste, religion and gender
