How can we overcome the anger and frustration we feel towards people who offend, irritate or anger us, and channel this energy in a more productive manner while learning to see “God in all”?

Respected Prabh ji,
Waheguru ji ka Khalsa, Waheguru ji ki Fateh!
In response to your question the undersigned wants to say that respected learned sister Ramneet Kaur has already given a brief and appropriate reply.
The undersigned wants to add that the Guru teaches us in the Saloks of Baba Fareed:-
ਫਰੀਦਾ ਬੁਰੇ ਦਾ ਭਲਾ ਕਰਿ ਗੁਸਾ ਮਨਿ ਨ ਹਢਾਇ ॥ ਦੇਹੀ ਰੋਗੁ ਨ ਲਗਈ ਪਲੈ ਸਭੁ ਕਿਛੁ ਪਾਇ ॥੭੮॥ {ਪੰਨਾ 1382}
About anger, the Fifth Guru Person, Guru Arjun Sahib in Salok Sehaskriti, at Panna 1358 of Guru Granth Sahib, teaches us that the anger is the starting point of many quarrels and the angry person doesn’t remain merciful/compassionate. Rather, when under control of anger, he dances like a monkey.
As you can observe from the examples from Guru Granth Sahib, to save oneself from anger (a vice) and other vices, one has to become one with Akalpurakh and Shabad Guru, who are embodiment of each other. Once a person achieves that stage, he doesn’t die spiritual death (ਆਤਮਿਕ ਮੌਤ). Rather, he is able to achieve spiritual equipoise (ਆਤਮਿਕ ਅਡੋਲਤਾ) and spiritual bliss (ਆਤਮਿਕ ਆਨੰਦ), leading to achievement of final goal of emancipation/salvation in this life itself (ਜੀਵਨ ਮੁਕਤ ਹੋ ਜਾਣਾ).
So, only with the help of Shabad Guru, one can get rid of the vice of anger, see Akalpurakh in all, become friends with everyone and no enemies.
Hope this helps. If you have any further questions, please do ask. If you find any deficiencies, please point out the same, for improvement in future.
Regards,
Your Brother

ਹੇ ਕਲਿ ਮੂਲ ਕ੍ਰੋਧੰ ਕਦੰਚ ਕਰੁਣਾ ਨ ਉਪਰਜਤੇ ॥ ਬਿਖਯੰਤ ਜੀਵੰ ਵਸ੍ਯ੍ਯੰ ਕਰੋਤਿ ਨਿਰਤ੍ਯ੍ਯੰ ਕਰੋਤਿ ਜਥਾ ਮਰਕਟਹ ॥ ਅਨਿਕ ਸਾਸਨ ਤਾੜੰਤਿ ਜਮਦੂਤਹ ਤਵ ਸੰਗੇ ਅਧਮੰ ਨਰਹ ॥ ਦੀਨ ਦੁਖ ਭੰਜਨ ਦਯਾਲ ਪ੍ਰਭੁ ਨਾਨਕ ਸਰਬ ਜੀਅ ਰਖ੍ਯ੍ਯਾ ਕਰੋਤਿ ॥੪੭॥ {ਪੰਨਾ 1358}

I think it needs a lot of training to the mind and conscious efforts.
