Amrit is Naam of Akal Purkh according to Guru Granth Sahib.
ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤੁ ਹਰਿ ਕਾ ਨਾਮੁ ਹੈ ਜਿਤੁ ਪੀਤੈ ਤਿਖ ਜਾਇ ॥ – 1283
Amrit can be obtained with the help of Gurbani written in Guru Granth Sahib.
Amrit is related with Naam, Hukam of Akal Purkh, Truth.
Amrit is symbolising the oneness which does not die ( A mrit ) Oneness is naam hukam virtues which is residing in each of us
