if guru granth sahib is our guru so why in nitnem we do chaupai Sahib and jap sahib? should one not read dasam Granth and sarabloh granth? Is it adulterated by others?

In October, 1708, before his departure from this earth, Guru Gobind Singh Sahib had ordained Guru Granth Sahib as Guru, for all times to come. Therefore, one should subscribe to the teachings of Guru Granth Sahib and live life accordingly.
Rest all is literature. If someone wants to read, he/she can do so. There is no problem at all.
About inclusion of Jap Sahib and Chaupai in daily Nitnem of Sikhs, the same were included, in the Rehat Maryada, laid down by Akal Takhat Sahib but the Rehat Maryada can be modified, as and when Sikhs have a relook, in the light of teachings of Guru Granth Sahib.
