ਸਮਾਧੀ ਕੀ ਹੈ? ਕੀ ਸਿੱਖ ਧਰਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਹ ਸੰਭਵ ਹੈ?

This is the meditation in Gurmat. There is no instruction anywhere to sit in Samadhi Lake with eyes closed. There is a teaching to distribute the virtues and also the labour and virtues of honesty.
ਲਿਵ ਧਾਤੁ ਦੁਇ ਰਾਹ ਹੈ ਹੁਕਮੀ ਕਾਰ ਕਮਾਇ ॥
ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਆਪਣਾ ਮਨੁ ਮਾਰਿਆ ਸਬਦਿ ਕਸਵਟੀ ਲਾਇ।।(87)
That is to say, Liv means to make one’s mind Gurmukh by doing good deeds, by doing good deeds and by following the criteria of Guru’s word.

ਧੰਨ ਧੰਨ ਗੁਰੂ ਗ੍ਰੰਥ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਦੀ ਬਾਣੀ ਪਿਆਰ ਨਾਲ, ਭਾਵਨਾ ਨਾਲ ਅਤੇ ਸਮਝਕੇ ਪੜੋ। ਫਿਰ ਗੁਰਬਾਣੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਏ ਸੁਨਹਿਰੀ ਉਪਦੇਸ਼ ਆਪਣੇ ਜੀਵਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਪਨਾਉ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਜਿੰਦਗੀ ਜੀਉ। ਗੁਰਮਤਿ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਹੋ ਹੀ meditation ਹੈ। ਇਥੇ ਅੱਖਾਂ ਬੰਦ ਕਰਕੇ ਸਮਾਧੀ ਲਾਕੇ ਬੈਠਣ ਦਾ ਕਿਤੇ ਵੀ ਉਪਦੇਸ਼ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ। ਇਥੇ ਤਾਂ ਸ਼ੁਭ ਗੁਣ ਅਤੇ ਈਮਾਨਦਾਰੀ ਦੀ ਕਿਰਤ ਅਤੇ ਗੁਣਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਵੰਡਣ ਦਾ ਉਪਦੇਸ਼ ਹੈ।

ਭਾਵ ਕਿ ਲਿਵ ਤੋਂ ਮਤਲਬ ਹੈ , ਧਰਮ ਵਾਲੇ ਪਾਸੇ, ਸ਼ੁਭ ਗੁਣਾਂ ਵਲ , ਸ਼ੁਭ ਕਰਮ ਕਰਨੇ ਅਤੇ ਗੁਰੂ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਬਦ ਦੀ ਕਸਵੱਟੀ ਲਾਕੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਮਨ ਗੁਰਮੁਖ ਬਨਾਉਣਾ ਹੈ।
