      This verse is on page 878, RAG RAMKALI MAHLA 1. This SHABAD has three verses and this the 6th SHABAD of RAG RAMKALI. This is very efficient lock up system in compiling SGGSJI.
      GURU NANAKJI is saying here that when we contemplate, meditate, read, listen, understand and internalize the DIVINE WISDOM, DIVINE VIRTUES and live the DIVINE VIRTUES in our daily life what happens, SACHE SHABAD NIWERA meaning we destroy our ego, ignorance and transform our egoistic perspective of life to DIVINE perspective of life and enjoy inner peace, happiness and bliss.
      JAP TAP SANJAM KARAM NA JANA NAAM JAPEE PRABH TERA is the previous verse of this STANZA meaning GURU says I do not believe in VEDANTIC JAP TAP RITUALS, I only meditate on AKAL PURAKH , NAAM.
