Thiti / Thinti, Sat Vaar
The days were called thit according to the rising and falling of the moon. In Hinduism, fasting is observed on these occasions and various rituals are also performed. Even during the seven days of the week, many people fast and perform various delusions such as worshiping the goddess on Tuesday or the Vaar/Day of Hanuman. Worship of Saturn on Saturday etc. Satguru Ji recited the Bani to get rid of these superstitions and delusions and explained the real purpose of these facts. All days are created by God and are one essence. Only those days are good that we spend in the remembrance of God. These thits and vaars/days are always coming and going according to the Hukam made by God.
